Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to orders placed on the English pages of tgsuperstars.com (the “Site”). They don’t cover orders placed on the Russian-language pages of the Site. “TgSuperstars”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs the Site; “you” means the person placing the order.

You accept these Terms and our Refund Policy when you confirm at checkout that you agree to them and place an order. We record which version of the Terms you accepted, and that version applies to your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can use the service

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You can buy for your own Telegram account or as a gift for someone else. It’s your responsibility to make sure you’re allowed to buy digital goods and pay with crypto where you are.

3. What we sell

• Telegram Stars: at least 50 Stars per order, added to the recipient’s Stars balance.
• Telegram Premium: a prepaid gift subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months, activated on the recipient’s account. One-month Premium isn’t sold.

Minimum and maximum order amounts are shown at checkout and can depend on the payment method. Stars and Premium are Telegram products: we buy them on Fragment and have them delivered to the account you choose; we don’t issue them ourselves. Once delivered, they are governed by Telegram’s Terms of Service and, for Stars, the Terms of Service for Telegram Stars.

4. The recipient’s username

You enter the recipient’s public Telegram username (@username). Before you pay, we check with Fragment that the username belongs to a user account, because channels, groups and bots can’t receive Stars or Premium. For Premium, we also check that the account doesn’t already have an active Premium subscription. If we can’t complete these checks, for example because Fragment is unavailable, we may accept the order without them.

You are responsible for entering the correct username. We deliver to the account that holds the username at the moment we make the purchase. A delivery to the username you entered can’t be reversed or refunded, even if you entered it by mistake. If no user account holds the username when we make the purchase, we can’t deliver, and the Refund Policy applies.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include our service fee. The price is fixed when you place the order and is shown on your order page. If the price changes while you’re placing an order, we show you the new price and ask you to confirm it.
• We accept crypto only, and we don’t accept bank cards. You can pay with USDT or GRAM (formerly TON) on the TON network, from a TON wallet or by transfer from an exchange, or with other coins on the payment page of Heleket, a crypto payment processor, where you choose the coin and the network and the page converts the US dollar price into that coin.
• The full amount shown must arrive. Network fees and exchange withdrawal fees are yours to pay on top of the price. Heleket’s processing fee is paid by us.
• For GRAM on the TON network, the amount follows the exchange rate. It stays fixed for a limited time, shown by the timer on your order page, and is then recalculated at the current rate.
• Each order has its own payment details. For TON payments, that includes a memo that starts with TS-: when you pay from an exchange or send a transfer by hand, include the memo exactly as shown, and don’t reuse the memo or payment details of another order or of an expired payment page.
• Each order is paid with one payment method. To switch method, start a new order. On the Heleket payment page, the network can’t be changed once you’ve chosen it.
• A payment counts once it is confirmed on the TON blockchain (TON payments) or by Heleket (Heleket payments). Sending or approving a transaction in your wallet or exchange doesn’t confirm it by itself.

If less than the price arrives, too much arrives or a payment arrives late, the rules of our Refund Policy apply.

6. Payment window

Please pay within the payment window shown for your order. For TON payments, it’s currently 72 hours after you place the order; for payments through Heleket, it’s the time limit shown on the Heleket payment page. A payment that arrives after the window closes may not be matched to your order automatically. Contact support: we’ll review it and either deliver the order or refund the payment under the Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery starts automatically once your payment is confirmed. We buy the Stars or Premium on Fragment for the recipient’s username, and Telegram credits the account once the purchase is recorded on the TON blockchain. An order counts as delivered once our purchase for the recipient is recorded there. The recipient sees a gift message from our delivery account.

Most orders are delivered within a minute of payment confirmation. Delivery can take longer, in rare cases up to 48 hours, when Fragment, Telegram or the TON network has problems. Your order page shows the current status and, if you gave us an email address, we send you updates by email. If we can’t deliver your order, you get a refund under the Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you ask us to start delivery as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you accept that a delivered order can’t be cancelled or returned.

8. Cancellations and refunds

A delivered order can’t be cancelled. Refunds are available for orders we haven’t delivered and for extra or late payments, and are paid in crypto. The Refund Policy sets out when and how, and is part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TgSuperstars:

• with funds that are stolen or that you have no right to use;
• for fraud, scams or money laundering;
• in a way that breaks Telegram’s terms;
• to disrupt the Site, for example with automated orders, scraping, probing our systems or trying to get around limits and checks.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit access to the Site, if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for and it hasn’t been delivered, we refund it under the Refund Policy, unless we have good reason to believe the funds were obtained illegally.

10. Telegram’s rules

Telegram decides how Stars and Premium work, including their features, limits and availability. Under its Stars terms, Stars on a personal balance can’t be sold, withdrawn or transferred except as those terms allow, and Telegram may withhold or remove Stars from an account that breaks its rules. We don’t control Telegram’s decisions, such as restricting, banning or deleting an account, and we don’t refund an order that was delivered before such a decision.

11. Wallets and security

We never ask for your Telegram login code, your passwords or your wallet’s recovery phrase. Every payment is a transfer you make and approve yourself. When you pay with TON Connect, your wallet shows you the exact transaction to approve; we can’t move funds from your wallet or exchange account. You are responsible for your wallet, your exchange account and the transactions you send. Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed.

12. Independence from Telegram

TgSuperstars is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram FZ-LLC or Fragment. Telegram, Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium belong to Telegram; we use these names only to describe what we sell.

13. Our responsibility

We are responsible for handling your order as these Terms describe. If we don’t deliver, you get a refund under the Refund Policy. As far as the law that applies to you allows:

• our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it;
• we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Telegram, Fragment, blockchain networks, exchanges, wallets or payment services we don’t control;
• we aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of those services.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

14. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change our prices, payment methods, order limits or these Terms, or pause the checkout, at any time. Changes don’t affect orders you have already placed: each order follows the price and the Terms that applied when you placed it. The “Last updated” date on this page shows when these Terms last changed.

15. Questions and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact support first. Most problems, such as a payment sent without a memo, a payment that fell short or a delayed delivery, can be sorted out quickly once we have your order reference and the transaction hash. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order. If any part of them can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
