Option 1: TON wallet

After you place the order, the order page shows two tabs: Wallet, for paying from a wallet app, and Exchange, for sending USDT or GRAM by hand. Both pay the same order.

From a wallet app (TON Connect)

Paying with USDT needs a little GRAM in the same wallet for the network fee. Keep at least 0.06 GRAM there: the transfer carries 0.05 GRAM for network fees, the wallet pays a small sending fee on top, and whatever the network doesn't use comes back to you. Connecting only shares your wallet's public address, and the wallet still asks you to approve every payment. We never ask for your recovery phrase.

From an exchange or any other wallet

Use the Exchange tab if your crypto is on an exchange or your wallet doesn't support TON Connect. It shows our address, the memo and the amount, each with a copy button.

• Exchange minimums. On Binance, the smallest USDT withdrawal on the TON network was 3 USDT in September 2026, and the order page warns you when an order is below that. For a smaller order, pay in GRAM or from a wallet.
• A little short? The order page shows what is left. Send the rest with the same memo before the payment window closes.
• Paying in GRAM. The GRAM amount is locked for a limited time, shown by a timer. If it runs out, refresh the amount before you send.
• One memo per order. Each order has its own memo starting with TS-. Never reuse one from an earlier order.

Option 2: Crypto on the Heleket payment page

Heleket is the crypto payment processor we use for coins and networks outside TON. It issues an invoice in US dollars for the exact price of your order, Heleket's processing fee is paid by us, and you don't need a Heleket account to pay it with crypto.

• A little short? If the payment page shows an amount still due, send it to the same address, in the same coin and on the same network, before the invoice expires.
• Invoice expired? Don't send anything more to its address. If you had already paid, contact support with your order reference and the transaction hash, and we'll deliver the order or refund the payment.
• Payment on hold? Heleket checks incoming payments against anti-money-laundering rules. If it holds yours, the payment page explains what to do, and our support can help.

Which network costs less to send on?

The sender pays withdrawal fees on top of the order price, and they vary a lot between networks. On Binance in September 2026, sending USDT cost 0.3 USDT on TON or Ethereum, 1.5 USDT on Tron and 0.01 USDT on BNB Smart Chain. Coinbase didn't offer USDT on the TON network and still listed GRAM as Toncoin; from Coinbase, send Toncoin with your order's memo, or pay with USDC through Heleket. If you send more than one US dollar over the price, the order is still delivered, and on request support returns the difference in crypto, minus the network fee. No account needed

You don't sign up or log in with us, and we never ask for a Telegram login code or password. We need the recipient's @username and, if you like, an e-mail address for order updates, and crypto is the only way to pay, so there is no card to enter. The exchange or wallet you pay from still has its own sign-up and verification rules. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed, so check the network, the address and the memo before you confirm.
