During support hours, we usually reply within a few hours.
What to include in your message
- the Telegram @username your question is about;
- your order number or payment ID, if you have one;
- a screenshot of any error message you saw.
Never share your Telegram login code, your 2-Step Verification password or a crypto wallet recovery phrase. TgSuperstars support will never ask for them.

We are not Telegram, so we can’t access, restore or unblock Telegram accounts.

Editorial policy
Who writes the guides. Our guides are written and maintained by the TgSuperstars Editorial Team. We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts; a team member reviews and edits every guide before it goes live.
How we check facts. Every statement about Telegram features, limits and prices is checked against a primary source: telegram.org, core.telegram.org, fragment.com or the Telegram listings on the App Store and Google Play. Each guide in our blog lists the sources it relies on.
How we handle prices. In-app prices can include local taxes and the payment provider’s own conversion rates, so what you pay can differ from country to country. Fragment lists each Stars package in US dollars next to its amount in crypto, and that amount moves with the exchange rate. So every price we quote carries its source and the date we checked it, and we recheck prices with each update.
Report an error
Found an outdated price, a wrong step or a broken link? Send the page address and what needs fixing to the support bot or to support@tgsuperstars.com. We check each report against the source and, if the guide was wrong, correct it and change its Updated date.

TgSuperstars is an independent service and is not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC. Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium are Telegram products; Telegram sets their terms and in-app prices.
